How do I make an order?
Just click on the product of your choice, click the BUY IT NOW button if you only want one item, or the ADD TO CART button if you want to keep browsing.
You can view your cart at anytime by clicking on the top right hand corner basket/cart icon. You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need while in the cart.
Next tick the 'agree to terms of service' box and click CHECKOUT to start the process of payment selection.
Once you have clicked CHECKOUT you will be taken to the payment page to fill out your delivery address & enter your credit card/ or payment details.
We offer standard international free global shipping (learn more about where we ship here) which will select the correct country shipping option for your order. You can also enter any discount codes or gift card you may have.
Choose your Payment Option from: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express.) We also offer Diners Card, Discover, Google Pay, Apple pay, Amazon Pay (coming soon), iDEAL, Bancontact, Paypal & Shop Pay. (With the option to pay in full or pay in installments.)
You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt once you click PAY NOW and process your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes it is very safe. When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your visa, mastercard, or american express credit card details safely. (Or another chosen payment option.)
Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect our customers' information during checkout. We also use Fraud Defender, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship domestically with the USA and internationally to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

How Long Does An international Order Take To Arrive?
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. (But can be a quickly as 3-8 days.) It depends on your country of residence. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date. You will received a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
How To Return My Items?
We currently offer free 30 day returns to all our customers. Please view our returns process and refund policy here.
Where are you based?
We are based in New Zealand & USA. We use printing partners and couriers services around the world to help provide a more sustainable product.
Are your Papers and Frames sustainable and/or certified?
Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC certified products from sustainably managed forests where available.
What packaging are you using?
When it comes to prints, we use different packaging (either flat, tube, tube with shipping roll, or triangular/rectangular box) depending on the size of the print as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped.
Our Canvas Prints are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation. This is the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our canvas prints to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.
